For thousands of visitors heading to Niagara, their first stop is always the Grimsby Welcome Center, located at the Queen Elizabeth Highway and Casablanca intersection in Grimsby, Ontario.
This facility houses the Niagara Gateway Information Centre Labeled as Niagara’s tourism hub, it provides up-to-date details on activities and events across the Niagara Region. The tourism kiosk has welcomed visitors from 109 countries.
Trained guides offer personalized service, answering questions and assisting with travel plans, for visitors seeking guidance and insights about Niagara’s attractions in all four corners.
For the iconic Niagara Parks, we provide ticket sales to all of their acclaimed attractions.
TV screens display engaging videos adjacent to our brochure rack.
Direct advertising exposure for other Niagara attractions is provided through backlit posters. Custom brochures serve as ideal takeaways, showcasing places of interest.
The Welcome Center has documented 3.5 million visitors per year.
Large, state-of-the-art TV screens in the food court – home to several major franchises – display Niagara highlights and colorful advertising messages.
Our dedicated team is ready to advise and promote the Niagara region with a welcoming smile, making the Niagara Gateway Information Centre a one-stop venue for travelers’ questions
and needs.
